This notice explains how Sesame Logic Inc. ("Sesame Logic", "we") handles information gathered through this website, our contact forms, and our business correspondence. It does not describe how VANTAGE is used inside a customer's environment — VANTAGE operates under separate written agreements with the customer agency, and anything VANTAGE processes inside a secure environment stays under that agency's own custody.
1. What we gather
When you write to us or submit a form, we gather what you provide: your name, your organization, an email, and the content of your message. When you visit the site, we may also gather basic technical information (approximate location from your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) for security and analytics.
2. What we do with it
We use it to answer inquiries, to evaluate whether a business or research engagement makes sense, to run hiring processes, and to improve the site. We do not sell any information gathered through this site.
3. Submissions to the Foundry
Material sent to the Foundry for a research reading is handled under the terms shown alongside the submission form. A reading is never guaranteed. Sesame Logic may decline any submission. Do not submit classified material or anything you are not cleared to share.
4. Cookies and analytics
The site uses a small set of cookies for essential function and privacy-respecting analytics. No advertising cookies are used. On your first visit, a quiet notice asks whether analytics may be enabled. Your choice is kept on this device across sessions and is honored until you change it.
5. Retention
We keep business correspondence for as long as the relationship reasonably requires and as long as the law requires. Recruitment materials are kept in line with applicable law and our own hiring policy.
6. Your rights
