These terms govern use of the Sesame Logic website. By using the site you agree to them. VANTAGE and any other Sesame Logic product is made available only under separate written agreements with vetted government agencies or their authorized contractors.

1. Nothing on this site is an offer

Nothing here should be read as an offer to license or to deliver VANTAGE or any related capability. Descriptions are informational, and can change without notice.

2. Submissions to the Foundry

Material sent through Foundry forms is not confidential unless a written agreement is already in place. A reading is never guaranteed. Sesame Logic may decline any submission, and may use non-sensitive submissions in internal research.

3. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt this site, reach it by unauthorized means, or send unlawful material. Do not present yourself as a Sesame Logic employee, agent, or contractor without permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the site — text, graphics, and the Sesame Logic and VANTAGE marks — belongs to Sesame Logic Inc. or its licensors. Limited display for personal, non-commercial use is fine.

5. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Sesame Logic disclaims all warranties.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Exclusive jurisdiction sits with the state and federal courts of New York, New York.
